Bluemont Group is hiring a Crew Member in Clinton, TN to deliver friendly service and a positive guest experience. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages and foods, and handle POS transactions while keeping workstations clean and stocked.

The role supports a fast-paced environment with day and night shifts and requires reliability and teamwork. No prior food service is required, but helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to brand standards.
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, counters, and dining areas.
• Restock product and supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail.
