Bluemont Group is hiring a part-time Crew Member in Murfreesboro, TN. You will assist in serving coffee, preparing orders, and handling the register while maintaining energy, positivity, and friendly service.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to brand standards
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, counters, and dining areas
• Restock product and supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail
• Uphold Dunkin’ and Bluemont Group policies and standards
