Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging fitness classes.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and form for safety.
• Adaptations for varying fitness levels.
• Monitor participants for safety and effectiveness.
• Promote fitness programs and engage members.
• Set up and maintain equipment before/after classes.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Keep accurate class attendance records.
• Report equipment or safety issues promptly.
• Liaise with fitness managers on class updates.
