Together for Youth is seeking staff to plan and engage youth in nighttime activities, building therapeutic relationships with youth and families. You will use strong organizational and communication skills to support at risk youth while serving a diverse community geographies.

The role requires flexibility for night shifts and weekends, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and collaborative teamwork within an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with at risk youth preferred.
• Certification in First Aid/CPR or ability to obtain and maintain it.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to the Agency.
• MS Office skills are required.

Schedule

Friday & Saturday 10 pm - 8 am

($2 shift differential for overnight positions)
