Job summary

TG3 Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a motivated Fitness Trainer to join our Planet Fitness team.

This part-time, on-site role involves running the PE@PF program, assisting new members to achieve their goals by designing workouts tailored to needs, and guiding effective group classes with proper equipment use. The position emphasizes a safe, uplifting environment, with opportunities for advancement and a focus on member engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work onsite.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification per company timelines.
• Must obtain Tanning Certification within required time frame.
• This position requires on-site work at the club.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new member orientation sessions for PE@PF and demonstrate safe gym equipment use.
• Design and lead small-group fitness classes aligned with Planet Fitness standards.
• Provide general fitness instruction and motivation, not one-on-one training.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all fitness levels.
• Build member relationships to promote retention and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, safe workout environment and report safety issues.
