Job summary

Woodbend Apartments in Maumelle, AR, is seeking a Part Time Groundskeeper to work with the maintenance team and help maintain a clean, attractive property. You will perform outdoor, hands-on tasks and support the day-to-day upkeep of the community for residents and visitors.

Ideal candidates have prior grounds or custodial experience, hold a valid driver's license, and are eager to learn and grow on the job. This position emphasizes outdoor work and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds and/or custodial experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Willing to work outdoors most of the day.
• Desire and ability to learn and grow on the job.
• Willing to pitch in for all property maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community.
• Walk the property to pick up trash and sweep breezeways.
• Clean common areas and assist with vacant apartment clean-outs.
• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed to support upkeep.
• Support day-to-day upkeep for residents and visitors.

Your Role on the Team

Woodbend Apartments is a 104 unit affordable multi-family property in Maumelle, AR. As a Part Time Groundskeeper, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community. Duties include walking the property to pick up trash, sweeping breezeways, cleaning common areas, assisting with vacant apartment clean-outs, and performing light maintenance tasks as needed. This role supports the day-to-day upkeep of the property and helps ensure a clean, well-maintained environment for residents and visitors.
