Responsibilities

• Maintains and improves facility grounds according to guidelines.
• Performs planting, mowing, weeding, fertilizing and snow removal as needed.
• Operates power mowers, hedge trimmers, sprayers and other equipment.
• Cleans sidewalks, driveways and parking areas and performs minor repairs.
• Adheres to safety policies and reports any malfunctions immediately.
