Kittle Property Group is seeking a part-time grounds/maintenance worker in Lafayette, IN. The role involves keeping grounds clean, collecting trash, snow removal, and assisting with trash-outs of vacated units.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, and less than 1 year of experience. Candidates should be able to read and follow basic instructions, perform simple arithmetic, and have basic computer skills. Outdoor work year-round with variable weather conditions.

Position Summary

Make sure the grounds are free of trash. Clean and sweep up trash and handle or assist with trash-outs of units.

• Pick up trash on grounds
• Clean out hallways
• Snow Removal
• Trash-outs of vacated units including but not limited to removal of debris, furniture, and appliances, painting and minor repair work.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills & Knowledge Requirements

• Less than 1 year of experience
