Part-time Grounds Maintenance (Tulsa, OK)

• The candidate for this position must be able to work independently or on a crew in an outdoor setting, completing tasks consistent with grounds maintenance.
• This includes working in all elements of weather throughout the year.
• General grounds maintenance including mowing grass, gardening, and weeding.
• Completes custodial work including litter pick up and trash removal.
• Paints as required.
• Perform miscellaneous operations tasks as given by the Director of Operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED, or equivalent. Previous lawn care experience preferred.

Physical / Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to handle, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Frequently required to stand, crouch, kneel, and stoop. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in excess of eight (8) hours per day and five (5) days per week, if required. Must be able to work in stressful situations and handle multiple priorities. Must demonstrate interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively interact with co-workers, management, and external vendors and customers. Must be able to read and comprehend written and oral instructions including safety rules, operating procedures, and material identification.
