The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to be on call for emergencies after hours. This is a part-time position based at our West Salem communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving history.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces, grounds, and keep areas clean and safe.
• Move and install furniture or equipment as needed and assist with basic repairs.
• Report maintenance issues to management and coordinate with staff.
• Assist with minor repairs, painting, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Drive maintenance trucks to different locations on the property when required.
