Kimberton Whole Foods in Wyomissing is looking for a Part-Time Grocery Stocker!

Availability: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week.

Schedule: Wednesdays 12pm-8:30pm, Thursdays 10am-6:30pm. One weekend shift is required weekly, either Saturdays 12pm-8:30pm or Sundays 8am-4:30pm.

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.

Pay: $15.00-17.00 hourly to start.

Benefits: Part-time team members are eligible for a 15% store discount after 60 days and a 401K with 3% matching after one year and 1000 hours worked.

The Grocery Team Member’s Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all.
• Receive and stock all dry goods, ready-to-drink beverages, household and bulk items.
• Stock and handle products following guidelines for time and temperature demands.
• Rotate back stock on a first-in first-out basis.
• Collaborate with the Grocery Department Head to maintain accurate product signage.
• Understand KWF inventory management practices.
• Assist the front end by scanning groceries, completing transactions efficiently, and bagging groceries carefully.

Requirements:

• Physical Capabilities:
• Full sense range (vision, hearing, smell) for quality control and communication.
• Lifting, gripping, and carrying objects up to 50-75 pounds frequently.
• Stooping, squatting, and kneeling to pick up boxes.
• Walking short distances to move items.
• Prolonged standing and movement in a work environment.
• Ability to work in cold environments (cooler, freezer).
