You will work on a scheduled weekly basis, organizing shelves, tags, and product placement to help store teams create an optimal shopping experience. The role requires attention to detail, physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and reliable use of a smartphone for in-store apps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access required; app use may be required.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.
• Retail store experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags, and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to keep aisles shopper-friendly.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and report completion to supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and be professional with customers.
• Adhere to guidelines for timeliness, productivity, teamwork, and clocking in/out.
