The GIANT Company is seeking a team member to accurately select GIANT Direct orders in-store, providing friendly service and ensuring order accuracy. You will greet customers, match items from online shopping lists, and assist with curbside or pickup operations.

Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be comfortable using computer systems, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Problem solver who is willing to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Ability to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsabilités

• Greet all customers, provide prompt, courteous customer service
• Accurately match all items from the customer's online shopping list
• Shop multiple customer orders simultaneously using designated tools and equipment
• Substitute items for customers if requested
• Assist customers picking up orders at designated parking spots or drive-through
• Differentiate various types of produce merchandise and varieties
• Bag or package merchandise and label/store for pickup
• Maintain neat, clean appearance per company policy
• Observe and follow all company policies including safety, food safety, and sanitation
• Collaborate with team and assist in special projects
