Job summary

The GIANT Company is looking for a Store Associate to accurately select GIANT Direct orders and deliver friendly service at our Dubois area store. You will greet customers, match items from online lists, and assist with pickup.

This role requires teamwork, flexibility to learn multiple tasks, and basic computer use. Part-time shifts provide reliable hours within a supportive team environment.

• Ability to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete duties.

• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers, provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Accurately match all items from the customer's online shopping list.
• Shop multiple customer orders simultaneously using designated tools and equipment.
• Substitute items for customers if requested.
• Assist customers picking up orders at designated parking spots or drive-through.
• Differentiate various types of produce merchandise, including differences between varieties.
• Bag or package merchandise according to policies; label and store for pickup.
• Dress according to policy; maintain a neat, clean appearance.
• Observes and follows all company policies and procedures including safety, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Team focused, willingness to collaborate.
• Assists in special projects and performs other functions as assigned.
