Job summary

Advantage Solutions in McLean, VA is seeking a Grocery Merchandiser to join our store teams. You will refresh shelves, reset displays, and ensure product presentation aligns with plan-o-gram guidelines. This role requires reliable transportation, punctuality, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the stamina to stand for long periods.

Typical hours are 24–28 per week with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You will work with Team Lead instructions, set price tags, and maintain clean displays while

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Be punctual and able to work early shifts each week.

What Will I Be Doing Each Day?

As a Grocery Merchandiser, you will be part of a team that will:

• Take out old products and replace them with new products and perform Reset.
• Follow instructions from Team Lead with Plan‑o‑gram to reset and stock specific areas of the store.
• Hang, attach or replace price tags on merchandise when missing or requested to change.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.

Requirements

Developing strong relationships with store personnel and providing exceptional customer service.

Show up for work on time and ready for the day! Employee work 24‑28 hours in store with No Nights! No Weekends! And No Holidays!
