Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Arlington, VA is seeking a reliable Grocery Merchandiser to execute resets, stock shelves, and maintain displays. You will follow Plan‑o‑gram instructions from the Team Lead and ensure pricing tags are up to date.

The role is in-store, with 24‑28 hours per week, no nights/weekends/holidays, and requires own transportation. Candidates should be punctual, physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and committed to great customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be punctual and able to work early shifts each week.
• Must have own reliable transportation (No public transit).
• Physical job requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stoop, walk, bend, search for items, and stand up to 8 hrs daily.
• Flexible and willing to adapt to changing market needs.
• Reliable and capable of delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take out old products and replace with new products and perform Reset.

What Will I Be Doing Each Day?

As a Grocery Merchandiser, you will be part of a team that will:

• Take out old products and replace them with new products and perform Reset.
• Follow instructions from Team Lead with Plan‑o‑gram to reset and stock specific areas of the store.
• Hang, attach or replace price tags on merchandise when missing or requested to change.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.

Requirements

Developing strong relationships with store personnel and providing exceptional customer service.

Show up for work on time and ready for the day! Employee work 24‑28 hours in store with No Nights! No Weekends! And No Holidays!
