Fresh Thyme Market in Minnesota is seeking a Grocery Clerk to keep shelves stocked and clean, assist customers, and maintain a friendly, energetic presence during all shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma and preferably 1–2 years of grocery retail experience; familiarity with natural foods is a plus.

You will follow department procedures, operate basic equipment, weigh and price items, and help in pre-inventory; the team offers weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeps shelves clean, stocked, and orderly per schematics.
• Assists customers with purchases and information.
• Rotates stock and discards expired items.
• Receives and inspects shipments; ensures temperature/quality.
• Maintains pricing accuracy and signage.
• Prepares back stock and assists with inventory prep.
• Operates basic equipment (knives, scales, hand trucks).
• Provides high level of product knowledge and assists with displays.
