Piggly Wiggly Avondale is seeking a part-time Cashier Associate who enjoys serving customers with courteous and prompt service in a fast-paced grocery setting.

You will handle POS transactions, assist customers, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety rules while supporting inventory and restocking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle monetary transactions.
• Experience as Bagger or Courtesy Clerk preferred.
• Strong communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with transactions at the checkout.
• Process cash, credit, debit, and SNAP EBT transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory and stocking as needed.
• Provide excellent, courteous, prompt service.
