Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking team members for a front-end/retail position at our Quarryville, PA location. The role involves scanning/entering numbers at the register, lifting and moving goods, making change, bagging orders, restocking front-end items, and supporting restock projects as directed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand policies and safety regulations.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools.
• Must complete the company introductory period (30 or 60 days).
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet the company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes.
• Must have technical training.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, prepare with required PPE, and arrange supplies.
• Block aisles, set up checkout areas and displays as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Tally items, handle money, and make change.
• Bag items and place bags into carts as necessary.
