J. Murphy & Associates is seeking a Graphic Designer & Web/Social Media Coordinator to work in-office in Minneapolis on a part-time basis (15-32 hours/week). The role combines visual design, web updates, and social media support, with an hourly rate of $28–$30.

You will create assets, maintain brand guidelines, manage newsletters and CMS tasks, and collaborate with communications staff to enhance donor engagement.

Competenze

• BA/BS/BFA or equivalent in graphic design or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience demonstrating increasing responsibility with portfolio required.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office; HTML/CSS/jQuery and CMS familiarity preferred.
• Experience with print and digital design, layout, usability, video and photo editing preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage generation and updating of visual assets for print and online collateral.
• Create design concepts to support communications and marketing objectives.
• Maintain brand guidelines and train contributors to ensure consistency.
• Uphold quality standards in print and online materials and collaborate with colleagues.
• Evaluate piece performance, track results and implement improvement plans.
• Support donor engagement messaging through design and timelines.
• Produce printed materials (brochures, cards, reports) and digital outputs (eblasts, newsletters).
• Design social media posts and web sites; update sites and perform CMS tasks.
• Collaborate on projects, provide project management, and write/edit communications content.
• Build communications calendars for projects and events.
