Job summary

Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking part-time instructors for the Graphic Arts pool. Responsibilities include teaching, evaluating students, and updating curriculum under the CIS and Graphic Design departments.

Start date Fall 2026 with flexible hours and a pay schedule based on adjunct and overload assignments. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in Graphic Arts with 2 years of related experience or an Associate with 6 years' experience, or equivalency.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts with two years of experience, OR
• An associate degree with six years of experience, OR
• The equivalent as determined by Equivalency materials.

Responsibilities

• Handle classroom assignment and student evaluation in Graphic Arts.
• Develop and update curriculum in alignment with program goals.
• Provide student advising and support for academic progress.
• Engage in professional development and address assignment-specific needs.
