Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of relevant experience is acceptable for this role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AU systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings across internal teams and partners; manage calendars and virtual logistics.
• Draft agendas, circulate materials, and capture action items with owners.
• Maintain project documents and track timelines, tasks, and payments.
• Support event planning, including conferences and partner meetings; assist travel and honorarium paperwork.
• Coordinate coaching/log entries, payroll submissions, and payment status.
• Draft social media posts and support newsletters and website updates.
• Assist with data entry, file storage, and project reporting.
