GreatLIFE Golf's Falcon Ridge Golf Club in Lenexa, Kansas seeks a part-time, hourly Golf Operations Attendant to join our team. You will help guests and members with outside services and support course operations.

This role focuses on course upkeep, tournament support, club cleaning, bag handling, and friendly, reliable service. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys golf and can stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• No formal education required or minimal related experience.
• Willingness to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and members with outside services to create a positive experience.
• Support upkeep of clubhouse, cart storage, and parking areas.
• Help set up and run golf tournaments and outings.
• Provide courteous service, assist with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Prepare golf carts and explain course and cart policies to players.
• Maintain range facility, inventory, and ball supply throughout the day.
• Direct start of play when needed.
• Maintain records of rented clubs and service rental clubs on return.
• Assist with food and beverage activities.
• Ensure safe work practices and maintain regular attendance.
