Job summary

Troon, a leading golf course operator, invites applications for a part-time Outside Service Attendant (Cart/Range Staff) at Max A Mandel Golf Course in Laredo, TX. The role focuses on guest services, cart preparation, and tournament support, with opportunities to learn golf operations.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 6–12 months of customer service experience, with a friendly, reliable attitude and willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months customer service experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot upkeep.
• Supports setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides courteous service, bag handling and club cleaning for guests.
• Maintains cart staging area, podium and bag drop area.
• Prepares golf carts for play per Troon Golf standards.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Keeps accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Cleans rental clubs after use and assists with food and beverage activities.
