Job summary

Native Oaks Golf Club in Valley Center, CA is seeking a motivated Part-Time Outside Service Attendant to support golf cart preparation, range maintenance, and guest services. You will help with bag handling, club cleaning, range setup, and overall course area upkeep in a fast-paced Troon-managed environment.

The role requires availability on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a compensation range of $16.90-$17.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Availability on weekdays, weekends, evenings, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Assists with overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assists in setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides courteous service to guests with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains cart staging area, podium and bag drop area in neat condition.
• Prepares golf carts for play per Troon Golf standards.
• Assists players by changing their golf spikes when needed.
• Performs range maintenance and provides practice balls and inventory.
• Cleans rental clubs and services customers renting golf clubs.
• Assists with food and beverage event setup.
• Cleans golfers' clubs after play.
• Performs other duties as required.
