Responsibilities:

• Prepare candy and fudge products and sell to customers.
• Perform all Ginna’s restaurant and Fuzziwigs Candy Shop functions, including deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, fudge, and other duties as assigned.
• Follow all food safety guidelines by State and Local Ordinances.
• Ensure all products are received and stored according to Standard Operating Guidelines.
• Assist in training new associates using kitchen tools, mentor checklists, and SOPs.
• Manage cash control and till procedures per Scheels guidelines.
• Support side work, cleaning schedules, and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of Café recipes and prepared foods.
• Keep personal workspace and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude, contribute positively to team, and follow Scheels policies.
• Perform basic math operations and interpret safety and operational documents.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prepare various foods, drinks, and ingredients.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent, or up to one month of related experience or training, or a combination thereof.

Physical & Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodations. Able to exert 20-50 pounds occasionally and 10-25 pounds frequently. Follow all safety procedures to minimize injury risk.
