Role Summary

As a Gift Shop Team Member, you will welcome visitors, assist with retail transactions, manage store displays, and support inventory processes, contributing to the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests
• Operate POS system and handle sales transactions
• Provide merchandise information to customers
• Restock displays and organize warehouse
• Receive merchandise and manage inventory
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor
• Support retail management and team leads

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and outdoor conditions
