Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) seeks a Geriatrician to join the Older Adults service line within the Department of Medicine in the Cambridge area. The part-time 0.5 FTE position offers flexible scheduling, a strong team of geriatric physicians and nurse practitioners, and an HMS appointment opportunity; compensation includes base and incentives.

The role requires BC/BE in Internal or Family medicine with geriatrics experience, and a commitment to serving CHA’s diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Internal or Family medicine with preferred Geriatrics experience.
• Strong clinical and communication skills with commitment to diverse patient population.
• Academic safety net system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Join a dedicated team providing high-quality care through the nursing home program.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR for patient documentation and coordination.
• Work with a call schedule of 1:8, telephone-only; first call covered by nurse practitioners.
