Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a part‑time Nursing Home Physician (IM/FM/Geriatrics) to join the Older Adults service line within the Department of Medicine in the Cambridge area. The role offers a 0.5 FTE base with a guaranteed base salary plus incentive and an HMS appointment commensurate with qualifications.
You will work with a team of geriatric physicians and nurse practitioners, use the EPIC EMR, and participate in teaching responsibilities for HMS.

CHA offers a competitive compensation plan, including a guaranteed base salary plus production incentive. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health/dental/life/disability insurance, generous paid time off, CME time and dollars, and more.The 0.5 FTE guaranteed base salary range of $122,000-$142,000 is based on years of experience.
