Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical oversight for day-to-day hospital operations and patient care in a therapeutic setting
• Performs assessments, initiates and updates treatment plans, and directs patient care and education
• Performs IV administration, venipuncture and essential nursing procedures as authorized
• Develops discharge planning and coordinates post-hospital care to avoid delays
• Ensures nursing care plans are current, assigns patient care, and adjusts staffing as needed
