HealthDrive is seeking a part-time Attending Physician to support new admissions and collaborate with on-site Nurse Practitioners across sub-acute rehab and long-term care units. This role is on-site with no remote work, offering flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

The physician will round on residents, participate in quality initiatives, and work with facility staff to ensure high-quality, comprehensive primary care while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Valid medical license in the state of practice.
• Valid DEA/Controlled Substance license.
• Completed U.S. residency program.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Serve as Attending Physician for SNF/Rehab facilities.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners on daily resident care.
• Attend monthly quality assurance and staff meetings.
