Job Details

Location: 100 Meadow Road, Hyde Park, MA 02136

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00am-7:00am (Part-Time). NO WEEKENDS!

Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Wage: Starts at $20.00/hour, with potential to increase to $23.00/hour

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Able to pass a drug test
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk, move, push, and pull products throughout the shift
• Willingness to be trained on operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or similar equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, productivity-driven environments
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE/forklifts)
• Ability to understand written instructions

Job Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to locate and deliver products within the facility
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks
• Verify incoming products for quantity and quality
• Pick items for customer orders using packing lists, build and wrap pallets
• Inspect stock for wear and defects, notify management of issues
• Return misplaced products to proper storage areas
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform inventory control functions as needed

Work Environment

• Typically in a comfortable environment but may encounter temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements
• No travel required

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred; 2-5 years of relevant experience
