Qualifications

• Prefer experience in production/manufacturing - but will train the right candidates.
• Able to operate a fork truck – Kraft Heinz will train.
• Able to operate a computer.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials and packaging into machines; verify correct materials.
• Monitor product flow and quality; report defects or contamination risks.
• Package finished goods per specifications (case counts, labels, codes, allergens).
• Stack and palletize; move materials with carts, pallet jacks, or forklift.
• Operate production machinery and equipment as trained, including starting/stopping lines and adjusting settings.
• Maintain sanitation in processing and packaging areas.
• Document pertinent information as required.
• Follow safety rules and GMPs at all times.
• Wear PPE and remove jewelry per policy.
• Report safety hazards or near misses immediately.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with team.
• Train other employees and cover for others when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
