Job summary

School Smiles On-Site Dental in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our team. The position is 2 days per week, from 7:00am to 3:00pm, with portable services to children at local schools across the area. All supplies, equipment, and support staff are provided.

Duties include screenings, exams, treatment planning, fluoride, sealants, prophylaxis, fillings and simple extractions. Indiana license and Medicaid certification are required or pursued.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Dental License.
• Medicaid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screenings.
