Job summary

School Smiles On-Site Dental in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our team. The position is 2 days per week, from 7:00am to 3:00pm, with portable services to children at local schools across the area. All supplies, equipment, and support staff are provided.

Duties include screenings, exams, treatment planning, fluoride, sealants, prophylaxis, fillings and simple extractions. Indiana license and Medicaid certification are required or pursued.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Dental License.
• Medicaid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius.

Part-Time Dentist Job Opportunity Description

School Smiles On-Site Dental is currently seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our growing IN team! This position is 2 days per week, from 7:00am to 3:00pm, based in the Kokomo, IN area. The role provides portable dental services to children at local schools throughout the South Bend area. All supplies, equipment, and support staff are provided.

• Compensation: 32% of billed production for days working in schools
• Travel reimbursement with no weekend or evening hours
• 401(k) retirement plan
• Active Indiana Dental License required
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers required
• Malpractice provided by MAH
