Job summary

ETS Dental in Tysons, VA is seeking a part-time General Dentist to take over a busy, established patient base in an upscale private practice. The position offers a daily production potential of $5,000–$7,000 and a supportive multi-specialty team with advanced technology.

Compensation includes an $800 daily guarantee for the first 3 months plus a 35% of collections commission. Schedule is Mon, Tue, Fri with potential to move to full-time, and access to in-house specialists, iTero, CEREC, CBCT,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
• Advanced competence in restorative, veneers and Invisalign.
• iTero experience required; CEREC experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, team-first mentality, and ownership mindset.
• Active Virginia Dental License (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive restorative, cosmetic, and Invisalign care.
• Perform thorough treatment planning and maintain high diagnostic accuracy.
• Drive $5,000–$7,000+ in daily production in a fast-paced setting.
