ETS Dental in Tysons, VA is seeking a part-time General Dentist to take over a busy, established patient base in an upscale private practice. The position offers a daily production potential of $5,000–$7,000 and a supportive multi-specialty team with advanced technology.

Compensation includes an $800 daily guarantee for the first 3 months plus a 35% of collections commission. Schedule is Mon, Tue, Fri with potential to move to full-time, and access to in-house specialists, iTero, CEREC, CBCT,

Formación

• 4+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
• Advanced competence in restorative, veneers and Invisalign.
• iTero experience required; CEREC experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, team-first mentality, and ownership mindset.
• Active Virginia Dental License (or eligible).

General Dentist (Part-Time) – High-Production Private Practice

Location: Tysons, VA (Near Tysons Corner Center)

Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Position Overview

Take over a busy, established patient base in an upscale Tysons practice with $5,000–$7,000 daily production potential. Work alongside a collaborative multi-specialty team with full support, advanced technology, and high PPO/fee-for-service reimbursement rates.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 3 months
• Production Commission: 35% of collections (35% lab split)
• High Earning Potential: Established patient schedule from departing associate
• Schedule: Part-time (Mon, Tue, Fri), with potential to expand to full-time in the future

• Attributes: Strong communication skills, team-first mentality, and an ownership mindset
• Licensure: Active Virginia Dental License (or eligible)
