Ideal Dental in Sunnyvale, TX seeks a part-time General Dentist to work 3 days per week with a production-based compensation model and a guaranteed component. The 2-doctor practice serves 65+ new patients monthly, backed by seasoned staff and robust CE opportunities.

You will deliver a full range of general and cosmetic dentistry, including Invisalign, in a supported, growth‑oriented environment that emphasizes patient care and community health.

Qualifications

• Establishing and growing long-term guest and team relations.
• Providing cosmetic and general dentistry services with high ethical standards.
• Pursuing ongoing clinical learning within a collaborative group of doctors.

Responsibilities

• Offer fee-for-service and PPO care including crowns, bridges, molar endo, and Invisalign.
• Maintain clinical autonomy while aligning with HR, marketing, and operations support.
• Deliver high-quality care and ensure patient satisfaction and trust.
