BIOFerm™ is seeking a part-time or consulting General Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance in contracts, risk management, compliance, governance, and executive advising. The role collaborates with project, technical, sales, and leadership teams to support a renewable-energy business.
The ideal candidate has a law degree, bar admission, 5+ years in law firm or in-house settings, and construction-law experience.
Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of complex commercial agreements for the company.
- Develop and improve templates for routine contracts.
- Provide counsel on a range of legal issues to protect the company’s matters.
- Advise executives within the company.
