MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking dedicated cleaners to join our hospitality-focused team in California. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across commercial properties, following our mission and standards, and contributing to a safe work environment.

The role offers a Sunday-Thursday shift (5 hours) from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM with starting pay at $16.90 per hour. Immediate hire for full-time and part-time positions, plus paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Vacuum.
• Dust mop/sweep hard surface floors.
• Wet mop hard surface floors.
• Clean units including restrooms, kitchens, lobbies.
• Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors.
• Dust horizontal surfaces when left cleared.
• High dusting.
• Dust windowsills and blinds.
• Surgical cleaning in medical facility.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linens.
• Report inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Report lost and found items to Supervisor/Manager.
• Assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Utilize time wisely and efficiently.

Position Overview

The salary range provided for this position is$7.25 - $16.13, and will be based on a variance of considerations such as skills, qualifications and experience.

Physical Requirements:

This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions. Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job.
