Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking diligent cleaners to support commercial properties with high cleanliness standards. You will perform routine cleaning tasks across restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies, ensuring timely and quality service.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 6pm–2:30am shift with growth opportunities, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior janitorial experience is a plus, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence
• Empty trash receptacles
• Vacuum
• Dust mop/sweep hard surface floors
• Wet mop hard surface floors
• Clean units including restrooms, kitchens, lobbies
• Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors
• Dust horizontal surfaces when left cleared
• High dusting
• Dust windowsills and blinds
• Surgical cleaning in medical facility
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linens
• Report inventory and supplies to Supervisor
• Report lost and found items to Supervisor/Manager
• Assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office
• Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively
• Utilize time wisely and efficiently
