Job summary

Performance Driven Workforce in Warren, MI is seeking test drivers for part-time opportunities. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of US driving experience, a valid license and a clean driving record.

You will drive pre-production vehicles for an automotive Tier 1 supplier, provide feedback on function, comfort and performance, and work in flexible AM/PM and weekend shifts. Retirees and veterans are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S.
• Able to pass a written driving test and read maps.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is currently seeking Test Drivers for part-time driving opportunities in the Warren, MI. area. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of US driving experience with a valid license and a good driving record. Candidates meeting the requirements for this position below are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities of Drivers:

• Drive pre-production vehicles for an automotive Tier 1 supplier.
• Evaluate pre-production vehicle’s, providing feedback on issues, vehicle function, comfort and performance.
• Drive in small groups on designated routes for 8-hour shifts while performing test procedures.
• Test drivers are not required to have any automotive technical experience.

Compensation for Drivers:

• General drivers can earn $14.50/hr. on PM shifts & ALL weekend shifts and $14.00/hr. on AM shifts (Monday - Friday)
• Chauffeur drivers can earn up to $17.00/hr. when driving qualified chauffeur vehicles only

Shifts:

• Flexible scheduling with AM day shifts, PM night shifts and Weekend shifts available

Retirees and veterans are welcome.
