Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is seeking part-time test drivers in Allen Park, Michigan to join our team as Part-time Evaluation Drivers. The role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work with pre-production vehicles, helping shape automotive innovation. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of U.S.

driving experience and a clean driving record. Shifts include AM, PM and weekends; wages start at $14.00 per hour, with higher rates for PM, weekend, chauffeur and CDL-A vehicle

Qualifications

• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S.
• Able to pass a written driving test, read maps and follow directions.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Test drive pre-production vehicles for an automotive Tier 1 supplier.
• Evaluate performance, durability, comfort and vehicle noise, providing real-time feedback.
• Drive in small groups on pre-planned routes.
• No automotive technical experience required for general drivers.

Responsibilities of Drivers:

• Test drive pre-production vehicles for an automotive Tier 1 supplier
• Evaluate performance, durability, comfort and vehicle noise abnormalities while providing real-time feedback
• Drive in small groups on pre-planned routes
• Test drivers are not required to have any automotive technical experience

Compensation for Drivers:

• General drivers can earn $14.00/hr. on AM shifts (Monday – Friday)
• General drivers can earn $14.50/hr. on all PM shifts & all Weekend shifts
• Chauffeur drivers can earn $18.00/hr. when driving qualifiedchauffeur vehicles only
• CDL-A drivers can earn $20.00/hr. whendriving qualifiedCDL-A vehicles only

Shifts:

• The site operates 7 days/week however, you will only be scheduled based upon your availability
• Flexible scheduling with AM day shifts, PM night shifts and weekend shifts available

Requirements of General Drivers:

Requirements of CDL-A Drivers:

• Must have a valid U.S. CDL-A driver's license and a good driving record
• Must have an up to date medical DOT card
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S.
• Able to pass a written driving test, read maps and follow directions
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills (in English)
