Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions about products and promotions, operating the POS system, handling cash, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across the store. On-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Prior gas station or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly assistance.
• Answer questions about fuel, store products, services, and promotions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and refer issues to management when needed.
• Take customer orders, recommend products, and upsell when appropriate.
• Operate the POS system to process cash, card, and mobile payments.
• Follow cash-handling procedures and prevent loss or theft.
• Prepare and serve food items following safety guidelines and recipes.
• Assist the manager in inventory control and paperwork for merchandise deliveries.
• Clean, maintain, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report issues.
