Best Cleaners in North Haven, CT is seeking a Garment Finisher/Customer Experience Specialist to greet customers, guide guests through services, and process transactions with accuracy.

You will press garments, spot stains, inspect quality, and prepare finished items for pickup while maintaining a friendly, team-driven atmosphere and a flexible Saturday schedule.

• Tag, organize, and manage garments with attention to detail.
• Handle questions or concerns with confidence and positivity.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep operations smooth and fun.
• Be an ambassador of our brand, spreading service excellence every day.
• Use assigned equipment to press customer garments.
• Identify spots and stains and perform spotting as needed.
• Inspect quality of work, touch up as needed.
• Assure product quality.
• Prepare finished garments for customer pick up.
• Maintain the dry-cleaning system according to schedule.
• Understand and maintain the flow of garments.
• Flexible schedule with Saturday availability
• 6:30 a.m.-7:00 a.m. start time on some days
