Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Some experience with installation and maintenance of annuals, perennials, and shrubs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must obtain WPS certification within 10 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license and be at least 19 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic grounds maintenance including cleanup, mowing, trimming.
• Assist with planting, bed preparation, weeding, and watering.
• Identify common woody and herbaceous plants.
• Operate basic grounds equipment after training and with PPE.
• Support fertilizer and pesticide applications under supervision.
• Work weekends, overtime as required.
