Penn State Harrisburg is seeking a Part-time Assistant Game Day Manager for the 2026-2027 academic year within the Athletics department. The role supports game-day operations, student staff, setup/teardown, and in-game management at events on campus.

Qualifications

• May require the ability to work in an outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Game Day organization of student-worker staff.
• Event set-up/tear-down and in-game management.
• Welcoming opposing teams/officials and directing them around the facilities.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy game experience for athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators.
