Job summary

Penn State Harrisburg is seeking a Part-time Assistant Game Day Manager for the 2026-2027 Academic Year within the Athletics department. Responsibilities include welcoming visiting teams and officials, directing them around facilities, and contributing to a smooth game-day operation under varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in outdoor environments in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.
• Hours will vary between 12 to 24 hours per week.
• Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the vacancy is filled.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Game Day organization of student-worker staff, event set-up/tear-down and in-game management, welcoming opposing teams/officials and directing them around the facilities, while maintaining a safe and healthy game experience for athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators.
