Job summary

YMCA of the North Shore in Beverly, MA seeks a detail-oriented, part-time Charitable Giving Assistant to support fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, and events. You’ll maintain constituents records in Raiser's Edge NXT, help create communications in Canva, and assist with page builds on OneCause and Race Roster.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, and experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with donor management databases or fundraising platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate constituent records in Raiser's Edge NXT and related data tasks.
• Create and proofread fundraising communications and collateral using Canva.
• Build and manage fundraising/event pages on OneCause and Race Roster.
• Coordinate sponsor recognition, proofs, approvals, and production tracking.
• Support planning and logistics for donor engagement events.
