Job summary

This role supports diagnostic imaging within the Tribal Health Clinic and collaborates with on-site providers and a contracted radiologist for interpretation. Applicants must hold CA CRT (Full Scope), ARRT Radiography (R), BLS/CPR, and have graduated from an accredited radiologic

Qualifications

• CRT license (Full Scope) required
• ARRT Radiography (R) certification required
• BLS/CPR certification
• Graduate of accredited radiologic technology program
• Knowledge of Radiologic Health Branch regulations
• Experience with digital radiography and EHR/PACS systems
• Ability to perform all essential job functions

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures across chest, extremities, spine, sinus, and abdomen
• Prepare, position, and educate patients for accurate imaging
• Operate digital radiography equipment and ensure image quality
• Upload and route imaging orders in EHR/PACS with patient safety in mind
• Apply ALARA principles to minimize exposure
• Evaluate image quality and repeat as needed
• Communicate with providers about workflow and findings
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
• Ensure imaging equipment is functioning and arrange maintenance
• Maintain clean, safe imaging environment following infection control policies
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA and tribal health regulations
